Pros

There is no pros about the company so keeping it one liner.

Cons

The Culture of the company is too bad its full politics and favouritism. The top management from Myntra are sitting and doing only politics job in the company. They will make the employee work like donkey and take all promotions internally for themselves. They will make the you work 24/7 and not appreciate you. When it comes to hike you will be blamed for so many small reasons and later you will find they will be promoted to next levels. There is no reason to join such an organisation which does not support you and appreciate your work. Better join some good startup. This is genuine feedback which I am sharing I dont want anyone to suffer what I have suffered in the company. Many good people have left the company due to this and politics being played by top management.

Pros

Flexible work hours (9 hours are compulsory though even if you've waited long hours for multiple days) Evening snacks provided by company Good systems, laptops and infrastructure provided Reimbursements of food & travel post 10PM at work Fun games like Table Tennis

Cons

Everything else. The management is very stringent with deadlines and don't care if there are external factors for delay in outputs. You have zero work life balance. The politics internally is so heavy that you cannot simply finish your work and go home, you need to get your hands dirty. If you for some godforsaken reason don't gel with your "Manager" and they have some personal vendetta against you, they will make your life miserable. You will not be highlighted, given any sort of opportunity and the micro-management is brought down to another level altogether. The higher management is equally unapproachable and are easily influenced by their 'favourites'. They don't care about you as an employee at all. Your peers end up knowing your salaries because they're close to the manager and you are obviously discriminated against that. Pharmeasy is the worst place to work at any point in your career whether you are a fresher or if you're experienced. They don't care about your learning and they don't care about you as an employee. The only people who can thrive here are people who either know/are related to the founders or are in the good books of some 'key' players who can manipulate their way into anything. The work culture is the worst here. It is very demotivating and can get very ugly sometimes. Even if they're offering you a significant raise, don't take the offer. You will thank me.

Pros

1. Product based e-commerce company that runs and end-to-end business from customer experience to supply chain operations and logistics. So good exposure in various business verticals. 2. My business understanding improved a great deal here. They hustle to no bounds to improve business. 3. Nothing else. There are much better companies to work for that are willing to pay even more. Wait till you read the cons and hope a wise decision is taken regardless of whatever money is thrown at you.

Cons

1. The organisation is no more a start-up. Unnecessary hierarchy, insane egos, toxic politics, work load pushover from senior to junior, low salary increments. 2. They still want to run like a start-up. Extended work hours, unreasonable work expectations. 3. The company has gone on to hire a whole lot of average talent that become mere implementors of a few senior decision makers. So peer talent is diluted along with the opportunity to be heard or make a difference just by the sheer number of employees they have hired. A very MNC kind of employee experience. 4. They treat their employees pathetically, particularly in recent times. This wasn't the case pre-2019. 5. The mentality of a couple of Business heads and founders is a shame. Quite cheap, insecure and NON-TRANSPARENT. Zero class and integrity. This culture precipitates through to the mid to lower levels. 6. Only they know what they have done with their ESOPs policy and restructuring - the ESOPs they have assigned their employees (without employees' choice) in exchange for paycuts at what specific valuation and the encashing the founders have done themselves. All a shady game. 7. A few more, but that's confidential and I value integrity so can't share.
