Please note that clinical leaders are responsible for gathering information from everyone involved and decisions reflect program policies, accreditation or regulatory standards, clinical best practices, or legal recommendations. Supervisors evaluate when additional oversight is needed with staff, and at times more oversight may be needed. It would not be the norm. PCH continues to make incremental updates in our wage scales and strives to be competitive with other non-profits. We recognize the scale for the Therapist position has changed over the last year, and we are working to make improvements. We also recognize that our past practices of salary and performance incentives for clinical performance measures have not resulted in what we hoped, and we are working on changes to improve the compensation structure for our clinicians.
