I have been working at Primark part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Always overtime available to sign up to, with the option to decline, so always have the opportunity to choose as/when you'd like to work in addition to your contracted hours.
Contracted hours stay the same each week - no zero-hours and know exactly when you are/aren't in work.
Lovely colleagues and supervisors without any hostility or people thinking they're better than anyone else. Everyone works well both together as a team and individually, whichever the task requires.
£7.38 (£7.83 for over 25s). Good wage (for myself as a student anyway and my age). For people aged 25 and over with families to support, I can see why people may struggle.

    Cons

The ONLY con I can think of is that the minimum shift length is 4 hours, and so if you have to travel far to get to work it can be a little annoying if you leave after such a short time, but it works well so I can't complain.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!
