- No Stability. In 30 members team, attrition rate is too high. - Bossism, 2-3 person controls the organization. - CTO does not know anything about technology. Management is very stringent and lot of micromanagements. While interview you will feel like the company is very employee centric but once you are in, you will find totally different environment. The CEO and the management don't care about the employees and if you make any small mistakes generally employees asked to leave the organization. The supervisor level doesn't have any authority and have to ask the manager/director for all small approval. Another most important thing is favoritism. If you are in a good book in managements eye, you are fine or else they will make your life difficult.
