able to work in a fast pace environment, learnt how to deal with pressure, burn-out, might have the chance to work on different projects
Cons
no work life balance at all especially in busy season, some managers would throw the blame at you when they did it wrong with the client, some managers/directors contact you during vacation/holidays, the worst health insurance plan

Cons
- Colleagues with different skill levels can lead to inconsistent working experience from project to project - Hours are long during busy seasons - Repeated work - Not competitive salary
