Understaffing, broken compensation plans, lots of turnover, executives getting rid of employees as much as they want and for any reason they like. Having to do more because of there isn't a time that there are enough staff. And if there are a new hires, you'll have to train them while doing your job at the same time. Management is too inconsiderate expecting you to have a spotless job all the time when they know you have a lot on your plate.
