      Bad culture

      Pros

      There are good at finding smart people and selling their dream.

      Cons

      A lot of ''talk'' about culture and values. All of that is untrue, the only thing the company cares about is making money and doesn't value their people. Be wary of the smoke in mirrors! The management team are only out for themselves.

As you may know we've just completed the extensive, company-wide, Purpose, Vision and Values programme, inviting everyone to contribute to codify our culture. To launch our values, we've sent a wellbeing launch pack to every Quantexan worldwide. This is the very beginning of our journey and we have a lot more work planned.       Good offices, nice people, good location

      Cons

      Company has no values and lies. takes on people they cant to give this false idea of growth, then made redundant countless of staff in the middle of a pandemic. (they also started making cuts before covid-19 due to over hiring).

      A great company to grow with

      Great Tech Stack A lot of opportunities for growth, and to take on increased responsibility Great atmosphere, regular socials, in which senior management get involved.

      Cons

      Often very heavy workloads, especially in delivery roles, mainly due to a shortage of experienced delivery engineers. There is a company wide mentality that consultants should be 100% billable at all times, meaning there is little investment in upskilling and little time for personal development. A lot of decisions are made without consulting technical resources.
