Early leadership - can start project managing after a year in some groups. Can travel more as you go up You are never expected to work > 40, however many do if(1) you want to or (2) its project end You are expected to contribute early, unlike larger firms. Flexible schedule - can WFH whenever Good people Work with F500 companies

Cons

Pay is lower than larger firms - around 5-10k Generally speaking it's still a good salary for a new grad
