Awesome work culture, All team members help each other, giving everyone the individual opportunity to do their own work and communicate and present to clients effectively.

Sometimes you may not get the help you need at the time you need it, it may even be late because they may also have some work to do, so keep calm in this, it is very important.

Work life balance is best. Supportive team (if working with US team) No leave problem.

No salary hike at all.. Politics. Regional leaders ( indian) do lot of favourism towards employees they want to support.
