None for now for me right now

Buggy software, low pay, and upset clients. Most days would be back to back meetings, leaving little time to work one code or use the restroom/eat. Constant deadlines and having to put out fires and manage client expectations.

Lengthy hours with minimal pay. Favoritism is apparent at the upper management level.

You have to deal with old tech stack

Hybrid policy Pay raise annually

- Lack of consistent planning - Disconnects between departments, silos, conflicting priorities - Due to change of owners every 4/5 years they are most of the time in cost reduction mode

Pay is lower than larger firms - around 5-10k Generally speaking it's still a good salary for a new grad

Poor communication for progression, no feedback for performance or bonuses, no warning laid off
