1. I can always got opportunities of doing different works. My mainly job was focus on post-production, but I also presented commercial ideas to clients, got a position on the shooting day, or I even can be the director for some commercials. 2. Great working space. They even have a fully functional kitchen. Boss would cook lunch for us sometimes, like we were her young siblings. LOL 3. Most of my colleague were kind, nice and easygoing. I still keep in touch with some of them even though I have already left for almost a year. 4. Pet friendly! They have an office dog called "Sashimi". She's definitely the cutest corgi in the world. People also can took their cats to office.
Cons
1. They couldn't offer a competitive salary and benefit for most of employees. 2. Most employees' mother language is Mandarin. So it was not a a strictly English-language work environment.
