Pros
I've been at RentRange for almost 2 years, and it's been quite a journey. I've watched the company grow from under 10 to over 40 employees, and be acquired by a large corporation. I've been involved in many conversations about how to make this a great place to work. I can say first hand that senior management really cares about creating an environment that supports employees and fosters collaboration and teamwork. We have a great group of really intelligent, energetic people working together to make a difference. I've seen a number or employees grow in their careers along with the growth of the company. It's incredibly exciting to be part of a team that is working hard to create new products and grow a company to be a market leader, while keeping focus on caring about it's employees and providing a great work environment.
Cons
Being acquired by a larger company has provided stability and opportunities, along with some challenges in integrating our process, systems, and culture with the larger corporation. These challenges are being worked on and a lot of progress has been made, but some issues do remain.

Pros
Our CEO is very engaged in daily activities and allows his employees to be heard. The office is nice and always stocked with coffee, red bull and sweet treats. We also have flexible hours and never have any issues with accommodating schedules
Cons
There is sometimes lack of leadership but I think it's because we were recently acquired. Learning to work in a corporate structure has been an interesting transition but I'm hopeful it will smooth itself out in time.
