Sometimes the hours can be long

Terrible PTO, Terrible Medical, No Pay raise, No culture, No benefits of any kind. Worked in IT for 1 and a half years, In the beginning it was the best company I ever worked at, good camaraderie and culture. Now it's a shadow of it's former self. A full gutting of executives happened about 7 months ago. There was a kind of coup that totally changed the company. I'm sure some people made a lot of money but they destroyed what was once a great place to work.

Little time off. Only major holidays

General manager MH, is almost never at the store, and if he is he does nothing to benefit the business. You can tell he doesn’t want to be there. The General Sales Manager CC is condescending, incompetent and too scared to handle any issues or make any decisions, and the entire finance process is designed to rip off customers selling worthless products. This comes from corporate down.

Customers are increasingly rude and demanding.

I have not ran across any cons

Workers expected to do everything. Will not buy equipment to aid in job. Add extra duties from other people jobs to lot attendant jobs. Very clicky groups of people. If you're not in their click, then they make stuff up about you to get you pushed out the door.
