Slowly losing faith

Pros

Extensive holiday package, full health care, free office meals, early finish on Friday.

Cons

Leadership are focused on making the company profitable again. Culture has been impacted heavily, with another waive of redundancies taking place in February 2018, as well as a number of cutbacks. Cuts include: gym expenses, removal of desk phones, bonus reductions, Friday drinks trolley, office snacks (budget considerably reduced), pay rises/promotions pushed back 6 months etc. The compensation isn't that great, and there is 0 career progression plans in place. As a result, there have been a number of resignations. Soon to include mine.

Pros

Great people to work with, who really try their best.

Cons

Rubicon had a blurry strategy for a while, but it seems to be turning around now. Top management and business structure is constantly changing.
