      More/better benefit plans, compensation, don't forget about your international staff.

      Pros

      No micro-managing! Not punitive when mistakes are made - more of a "learn from your mistakes" type of place. Flexible hours, casual attire, fun atmosphere! Staff can work remotely and there's opportunities to travel the world! Can't get much better than that.

      Cons

      High workload. Work/life balance can be difficult to maintain due to this. But the flexible hours and the ability to work at home help with this a lot.

      No free time, small pay for trip leaders, must be flexible as schedule can change with no warning

      Dedicated, passionate team, especially in the senior management. Committed to getting it right, receptive to feedback, and supportive of staff. Unique position within the industry - large enough for lots of opportunities but still with a family business feeling

      Cons

      Some positions are very hard for a work/life balance Too much travel = relationships can suffer Stressful at times

      excessive workload, low pay, minimal to no options for professional growth, family environment has given way to corporate structure.

      Amazing Staff all around the world! Travel advantages and always in an environment that promotes learning. RP allows me to grow as a person, not just in my career.

      Cons

      The only cons to working at RP is spending so much time away from family! But this is my job and I love what I do.
