None I can speak to, only positives!

The staff were all amazing on the working level. But leadership requires your entire life to be devoted to this company. They fire people that have been with them for years for "poor productivity." And they use a ridiculous algorithm to measure your productivity, not taking into account many factors, such as maternity leave, and low availability of billable work. All of your time has to be charged to something including details. Everyone absolutely dreads coming to work, being on 3 for meetings with clients weekly, amongst other meetings of course, and completing the timesheet every Thursday. I can't say enough about this company, just stay away. They have zero loyalty to most of the people working there.

All about the Benjamins, internal staff don’t get reviews or information turned around very quickly.

Compensation is a bit lower than competing firms, workflow can be inconsistent at times.

401k lackluster , but ESOP and bonuses compensate

The company offers very few actual holidays, and there are no separate vacation or sick days, just a general PTO bucket that runs out quickly. It would help if they offered dedicated vacation days and sick leave to support employees better. Additionally, more flexibility with work-from-home arrangements would improve work-life balance and help retain people who otherwise love working here.

No communication, few people actually work. Most of the time they are playing Frisbee golf instead of field work. Nepotism and favoritism are very high. Do nothing are promoted while the people earning the revenue are denied resources necessary to complete work. The people at the top are clueless to how controls and automation works and have a few behind the scenes SME which they constantly overwork and mistreat. Heaven forbid you ask them to stick to the amount of travel in the offer letter. They take credit for your ideas and if you try to talk to anyone about it they will fire you. BEWARE. It's rotten at the top. Also they hire quite a few people that actually know what they are doing. The people doing the hiring cannot program PLCs or understand anything about the subject matter they hire for. They are nice but not good people. They lie, cheat and steal.

Doesn't seem like a whole lot of growth if you are not an engineer- which, I get!
