Your coworkers are really great. Company has relatively competitive pay and good benefits. Interesting jobs, good locations, lots of opportunities. But...

Cons

Leadership is questionable. It is hard to believe that there is someone in charge of their communications dept who is as useless as they are. Lazy, uninspiring, uncommunicative (ironically), doesn't answer phone calls or emails.
