Pros

"Uncapped salary" - really, no pros at all. Been here for 4 months and good thing they closed this company.

Cons

-Google "The Devil Corp" and you will find appco, it's previous name, under it. -almost 90% of the "donation" goes to the company, not the charity. -company uses"Owner Partners" or "Managing Directors" as scapegoats to avoid lawsuits (these people know what's going on so shame on them as well) -post midleading ads -having numerous company names is the only way to keep their racket alive (AGL, NX, Apollo, Sigma, Eragon, Genesis, Venus, and more) -VERY FAST promotions so they can ensnare more applicants. The "Owner Partner" or "Managing Director" title might catch your attention but beware because in order to be promoted, slaves must give their power of attorney over their bank accounts -abhorrent that people need to live under the same roof, managers included!!! -most "owners" and "managing directors" are aware of the company's true nature -"owners'/'managing directors" are trained to manipulate reps so reps can manipulate the customers -it's more work, after work, and best of all, it's unpaid work -these people believe they are the "enlightened" and thinks 9-5 jobs are schmucks

Pros

- Guarantees Travel Opportunities - Uncapped Earnings - Promotion is faster here compared to other companies - Leaders and Managers are hands-on in terms of Sales Training - International and Domestic Travel Opportunities

Cons

At first, this might be the ideal job every millennial today is looking for. Salesworks provides its brand ambassadors with travel opportunities either for work or for leisure- depending on your performance. Asides from that, their WEEKLY earnings show great promise of earning a lot more compared to others' monthly salary. I once earned 20,000 PHP one week while I was working there. The main problem is this- the company treats you as a resource and nothing more. Although they will tell you that it is in their culture to help people out- they do not provide even the most basic of government mandated benefits, let alone providing HMO. It is also very physically and mentally demanding. Because of it being solely performance based, it is a common reality for people to earn 22k in one week and only 7k the next month. They do not have OT pay- meaning that if you are placed on an event site even for more than 8 hours, you would still not be compensated for your efforts. It does however promise of a fast-track in your promotion, which happens to be true. But promoting to the next step does not guarantee you to any increases in salary or provision of benefits. When you grow older in the business and become a manager, you start in investing on your team as well- meaning there will be times where you will be spending some of the expenses incurred during your work road trips. It may be fun for a while, but when the reality of financial security hits you, you'd realize this is nothing but a waste of effort and time.

Pros

There is nothing much to say except the working hours is own time own target.

Cons

Everything do not join this company even if you are rushing to find job opportunities there are better jobs elsewhere. Because during the interview they will entice you want lots of benefit but it’s all empty. -Pyramid scheme -Cult like Just no do not fall into their trap.
