      Pros

      Used to be a good company, opportunity for new employees and ok pay

      Cons

      Once the MD was changed the whole company was run by accountants , no understanding of catering business,cutting all costs possible, even if it is against health and safety, no chance for improvement and at some points some roles gets dissolved and is added to another employees duties

      Pros

      They offer great rate of pay and even paid to me sick leave when I cut my hand badly at home, not at work.

      Cons

      I have never experienced any problems with this company. The only one downside of them is they let me to leave and it was a mistake. But this was my mistake.

      You will learn quickly because you have no choice but to work hard

      Cons

      most of higher management/account managers do not know what is happening on their venues they only start appreciating you if they need you you will work for work of 3 people
