In the engineering team there is alot of micromanagement leading to stress for the people. Many people have left the company because of the micromanagement. The manager made people in my team very stressed regarding passing the probation. He mentioned that if you do a mistake twice you can be fired. Every move is being watched, HR is watching the times of people coming and going. People feel unsafe and stressed. Other teams seemed to be fine.
