      Pros

      Shorehaven is a good local provider of behavioral health care services both in home and outpatient. -Plenty of referrals available -Flex Hours -Clinical Training -Easy to access and communicate with management -Full suite of benefits

      Cons

      Many employees are on commission so be prepared if that is new or not your preference. Reimbursement rates are dependent on payer contracts and trends in the local behavioral healthcare marketplace. Not really cons but factors to be aware of.

      Pros

      Freedom to set own schedule. Clients, Co-workers. Impact on clients therapy process of working in the home. Free online CEU.

      Cons

      Wages - after cost of health and gas works out to just over minimum wage , unless you put in extreme hours. Have mandatory training which are not paid.
