Not a very strict working hours as sometimes you will be required to work overtime or during weekends when required. Workload can be light during off peak season Friendly colleagues who can teach or have time to teach when you ask
Cons
Some senior colleagues will not do their job, just reject or pretend that it's not their duty. Management can be ignorant to your responsibility or you if you don't make it to their attention. Coaching or guidance is minimal, so sometimes you're on your own (good and bad depending on how you view it) Pay is not that high depending on your workload. You will get increment and bonus based on group performance and your own performance.
