Pros

Getting to come to work every day with an intelligent, thoughtful team who care about our mission. Open and collaborative atmosphere with a strong culture of empowerment for teams and individuals. Flexible work environment, strong professional development, great people, great products, great offices!

Cons

With a growing team our London office is starting to feel a little cramped, also there aren't enough whiteboard markers.

Pros

Amazing people working as a team in a fast moving and ambitious company. Songkick really wants to better the music industry and make an impact. The company provides a great opportunity to work alongside some very intelligent, motivated and hard working people.

Cons

It can be tough to keep up with the fast pace, but as long as you stay motivated and work hard to show value then this is not an issue. Some people enjoy a calmer work place and ethic which is understandable.

Pros

This is one of very few startups trying to solve an actual business challenge and consumer challenge. If you look around the startup scene here in London, that is actually pretty rare. So what you build, and what you do here is what you make of it. You have to be a self starter.

Cons

- Communication across multiple locations (New York to London) is always difficult - There are still some old practices that don't belong in a startup
