Pros

Great benefits, nice people, flexibility to WFH

Cons

Poor leadership, bad decisions that effect employees, vaugue and contradictory communication, teams learning about important information that effects them directly in All Hands meetings, poor product, morale is exceptionally low and expectations extremely high, lack of accountability or ownership across departments. This is a business that doesn't seem to truly live its values and care about its employees or customers.

Pros

- Food card - Learnt a lot - Social company

Cons

- They keep restructuring and firing people - Everyone is jumping ship - It's a sinking ship, there is no money left - There is no diversity in senior leadership - They keep you in the dark about serious changes until the last minute - I feel sorry for the people who are left, the morale must be very low in light of all the redundancies -

Pros

Some highly intelligent people to work around which makes for a stimulating environment. Certainly, an ambitious company working hard in a tough market. Great benefits including health coverage.

Cons

Lack of communication and cohesion between cities; leads to a breakdown in the product as priorities are not aligned. Talent is not correctly managed within the company. Highly talented individuals are not nurtured, whereas others are kept on in unsuitable roles. Seemingly there is a missing level of management or just poor people management. Managers are not working to improve the people around them.
