It’s very stressful to work for the company because of its serious cash problem. This has driven away key individuals that are also talented and experienced. Executive Management who have not been able to fix the money problem are expecting their employees to deliver or execute on a lot of things from projects to operations that require funding. You’re basically going to be doing your job with your hands tied behind your back while also wearing multiple hats because the people who have left the company have not been replaced.
Executive Management has no clear or impressive strategy to fix the Company’s Financial problems and are very reactive.
