      Pros

      The team set clear and attainable goals. The work environment was always positive.

      Cons

      Too lenient with the unavoidable slackers. This has since been rectified.

      Good company with great prospects

      Pros

      - I was driven to provide the best work that I was capable of - I was challenged often, which made my work better - I was listened to, and my ideas were implemented - I could see my recommendations making an impact on the business - The product is good, and has the potential to be fantastic

      Cons

      Like with any small company, requirements changed. But since businesses need to react to what is going on in the market and adapt. However, that is to be expected, and in many ways added to the dynamic/exciting nature of the work and business.
