This is one of the most unhealthy and miserable places that I have ever had to work for in all of my years of employment. I don't know where to begin. You are put under constant pressure because like what others have said, deadlines are just insane.
There are no career opportunities and you cannot grow. There is no training and you basically teach yourself. You don't get raises because it all stays at upper management. There are no courses available to help advance your career, no tuition reimbursement, and what courses they do have, are a joke (basic High School courses).
The health benefits are awful and expensive. There are no kind of summer perks.. no summer Fridays.. not many vacation days nor holidays. And no time off between Christmas and New Years either.
There is no work life balance. If you aren't working in the office for 10 hours, you then just bring it home at night, work some more, and then work on the weekends. You're lucky if you get to see your family and do errands.
Senior management is a joke. Period. Most are so full of themselves and don't even know what they are doing. There are a few decent ones.
Attitudes are disgusting. People treat certain people like gold and other people like scum. It is such an immature office full of terrible politics.
