Pros
Initial days only you can learn something...After that there is nothing to learn other than doing repetitive tasks. Dont have any pros to write here other than that in the entire career.
Cons
Too much stress - managers at neck to complete the task at any point of time Weekends also you have to work No internal process at all No one is there to help on anything...don't even bother about the things that you suffer most of the time Too much nepotism in the company. You won't feel like you are working in a corporate company. Benefits to only known people not for all. No flexible timings No team outings and team building activities HR people only for the sake they are there - no importance for them. No discussions with employees.
