      Wellness day once a year

      Cons

      No flexibility Bonuses only for management and nothing for lower level employees Work from home benefit only for certain employees depending on their level in the business No Autonomy The water in the building would be off but no one was allowed to leave or work from home and everyone was forced to use the bathrooms in those conditions.
