      Decent until the pandemic revealed true colours

      Pros

      A lot of hours, amazing people to work with, everyday is different.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes be stuck up/rude/under-appreciative. When the pandemic hit, they disregarded many people without a care and solution until their hands were forced so it shows that they only care about money and sales more than the individuals that actually make the sales and keep the company going. Sometimes you feel like you have no social life because you’re always working late shifts and weeknights and hardly have time for yourself.

      Pros

      If you want to earn highest possible salary within that company, you must work in Harrods branch. People are diverse and very friendly. Managers are very strict and extremely professional. Angela is probably the best person you will ever meet in your life. Extremely positive and can-do attitude.

      Cons

      Difference between senior and managerial position is ridiculous. Being a branch manager is purely for experience, definitely not for the money. A Sales consultant can easily out-earn Branch manager in so many ways since branch managers don't get commission and people in Starbucks making coffee will earn more than them as well.
