      Watching the progress in the clients; the experience is great if you want to utilize it for future career or continuing education

      Management is terrible. The owner is not professional when dealing with employees makes it stressful for everyone. Once told another former employee “ she was tired of hearing her voice”

      It's a rewarding experience working with the kids and seeing them accomplish new goals.

      Cons

      The employer/owner is a terrible person to work for. She's rude and mistreats her employees. It's a horrible environment and everyone walks around tense when she is in the building. It's a truly uncomfortable feeling and not very many people last working for this company because of the owner.
