Pros

The long weekend policy is a big plus but cannot hide the bad management, unhealthy culture and toxic environment in the workplace, which I will describe below.

Cons

Say goodbye to work-life balance if you work here, working till late evening and on weekend is no surprise. What is more dangerous is the fact that they normalize it to a point logging off on time is somehow not acceptable. They talk about the "nurture" culture, about growing talents a lot here, DON'T believe it. The fact is you are just a figure in their accounting paper and they will cast you out within a second to balance the book. To sum up, even if you don't have any other choices, please be unemployed rather than work here

Pros

Can’t think of any. The few pros are tainted by the cons.

Cons

Where to begin. Firstly a huge amount of nepotism in this company. Run by a father and his daughter and her best friend, it is clear that any feedback given is not heard and the decision makers will continue with whatever it is they think is the “correct” solution. It is very unfortunate that even the other founders of this company are not comfortable speaking up to this group because they know they will not be heard. Complete lack of organization or decision making skills. “Process” has been a work-in-progress for years and basically doesn’t exist but you’ll be told very sternly and directly if you aren’t following it despite not being told what it is or where to reference it. The entire team is seriously underpaid and overworked. To keep costs low they run lean and only hire juniors who then are not provided any training or guidance and ultimately (to no fault of their own) are not able to perform in line with the amount of work and level of quality and understanding required. 12 hour days and working weekends is very, very common and you’d be hard pressed to find anyone not working those hours, yet the owner constantly talks about how people aren’t productive working from home. This company preaches human rights, mental well-being, and work life balance yet will not put the right people in place and pay them fairly to ensure everyone has the support and structure they need to work efficiently. They boast charitable donations but do not pay their very own employees fairly. Lack of change and support is not due to employees not speaking up for themselves either. Employees and managers have raised their concerns time and time again, after the founders asked for feedback to “make things better”, and nothing has been done. In fact employees are usually met with gaslighting whenever trying to genuinely and professionally talk about their concerns. They talk about all the “perks” they offer as a way to negate the toxicity but believe me 9/10 other agencies are offering the same perks if not better. Perks to not pay the bills. Perks do not get work done. It isn’t enough. And again, you can find them other places. Avoid this company at all costs. Extremely toxic and will lead you to mental illness. So many people have left in shambles. Not worth your time.

Pros

The staff they are able to get are all nice, this company doesn’t deserve them. Luckily, most realize this and leave.

Cons

Every poor review is true. This company is beyond fixing and it’s mostly because the CEO lets his daughter call the shots, and gaslight everyone when she messes up. It’s true that they bring in juniors and expect them to perform as seniors and then belittle them in front of everyone when they don’t. They also like to blame senior staff for their mistakes, ownership is never taken by the management. The one and only client that they have that solely keeps this company alive is by far, the most toxic company I’ve ever encountered in 15 years! Be prepared for last minute, huge demands, even over the holidays. They don’t have a damn clue what they’re doing so things are constantly changing at very high speeds without enough staff to make that possible. This leads to loooooong days, weekend/holiday work non-stop! If you work here, you will be gass-lighted, overworked, underpaid and will, in enough time, develop enough mental stress that it will take over your life. Do not believe the lies and bs about the “culture”. Everyone that’s there is either new or miserable. It’s so sad that nothing has changed in YEARS of this. One of the worst agencies in the city. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
