      Able to experience different domain of work, built significant connections and good community based projects.

      Cons

      Political issues within management, depends on your role, lack of sense of ownership in tasks given due to delegation issues and no growth from personal experience.

      Pros

      Involved with pilot projects and lots of community management. Never a dull moment with projects that has social impact outcome. There is some work flexibility. Work other passionate partners. Good medical benefit coverage which includes oral & mental health.

      Cons

      Ambigious work direction with constant goal post shift. At times, work requires long hours grinding with no bonus. Flight or fight with sr management culture. You may need to loose your personal interest as work may consume your personal life.
