Lack of leadership support, process, standard work, people leaving in droves, benchstrength is fading which is a problem when that is supposed to be what you’re offering, insight.

Management - Those at the VP and above have seemingly unlimited power and those below them don't have any power to change how things are. On-Call - unless you are hourly you will get nothing for oncall no matter how many alerts/fires you put out. After hours work is expected as "part of the job" so don't expect anything additional Tech debt that's preparing to avalanche and daily changing priorities from management - expect to work 10 hours and act in 5 roles to barely make progress on the leaderships hyper involvement in your projects when the scope changes Worst of small business and enterprise - wear all the hats of small business with slow responsiveness Pay disparity - someone with 10 years in this role is getting paid half as much as a contractor turned employee in the same role. Lack of stability - teams are created and cannibalized by leadership due to turnover and layoffs. Mergers and acquisitions - all the above applies to Nolan Transportation Group(NTG) as well but these companies took the most toxic parts of each other when they merged

Hostile work environment along with sexist, racist remarks from sales leaders and if you are not Caucasian, you are treated differently. It's quite apparent.

Sometimes it can be difficult getting some simple requests for equipment approved.

leadership transparency isn't always as good as you would hope

- harder to learn industry and solution portfolio coming from outside of the supply chain/ logistics industry. Continuous growth minded individual needed for role.

With many acquisitions in a short(ish) period of time, there are now numerous systems that our teams have to operate out of, though we are in the process of sunsetting several of these. Additionally, there is definitely a feeling of separation between TI and NTG as sister companies under TI HoldCo, and I personally would like to see this gap closed.

Nepotism! Horribly mismanaged by leadership, management and executives. They outsourced their whole IT team, so support is horrible. Basically a frat house where, they pay more for the people that setup events, "activities" and fundraising more than their employees.

Like any growing company sometimes communication can be siloed across teams
