Pros

The people at Tribal used to be the main pro. Seeing as Tribal are intent to get rid of as many employees as possible this "pro" is becoming more and more irrelevant.

Cons

This company used to be a great place to work. However the executives and shareholders do not care about the well-being of their employees, Time and time again since I joined the company they have repeatedly lost experienced staff from underpaying them, undervaluing them and overworking them. It seems they will never learn as they have just done it again, forcing more employees out the company while increasing the workload of the current ones exponentially. They do not listen, show any remorse, or care at all so long as the shareholders receive their dividends. You can brag all you like about being market leaders, but when you don't respect or value your own employees you won't be leading the market for long. Tribal have proven they either don't care, or are too stubborn to learn from their past mistakes, always promising better days but failing to deliver.

Disappointed.

Pros

Good reputation externally (but how long will it last)

Cons

Disappointed at the current state of the business. Constant cut backs, really good (non-replaceable!!!) people leaving the business (and more to follow!) and yet we are expected to perform just as well with no resource. Senior managers don't seem to have a clue, company strategy lacking, lack of investment, lack of cross-team collaboration. The company is running itself into the ground, and running their employees to the ground (or out of the business) as a result.

Pros

Generally Nice People (excluding some management) if you get the right manager you get flexible working.

Cons

Management don't care about the company or people they just want to make as much money in their pocket as possible ignoring the Customer and Staff. They are outsourcing in the hope to save money but did not learn from their mistakes of doing it before when it did not work. Because of this customers are suffering and thus Tribal is suffering as customers leave left right and centre. You are expected to always go above and beyond with no thanks and by that I mean you don't even get a thank you from management let alone any other incentive. With the recent round of further redundancies they did not even handle that very well and then wondered why staff moral was worse then it should have been.
