We’re pleased to hear that your early experience included meaningful client exposure, real-world learning, and approachable onboarding support. However, we regret that your time at Trufla ended in a way that left you feeling unrecognized and unsupported.
The issues you’ve raised—around workload distribution, communication, recognition, and the handling of exits—are taken seriously. These are areas we are actively working to address. In particular, ensuring respectful and transparent offboarding practices and implementing better resource and performance management processes have become key focus areas.
Your feedback on burnout and lack of collaboration in certain departments highlights an opportunity for us to build a more connected and balanced culture across all teams, including Implementation. We're taking steps to improve internal communication, set clearer expectations, and better support our employees in their day-to-day work and long-term careers.

While we’re glad you found value in our agile environment and the relationships with colleagues, we’re deeply sorry to hear that your experience at Trufla didn’t meet expectations in other critical areas.
Your feedback about compensation, leadership, and team dynamics raises valid concerns that we take seriously. We acknowledge that, like many growing companies, we have faced challenges—particularly during times of restructuring—and we know that those challenges can affect our team members in difficult ways.
It’s especially disheartening to hear about your experience with leadership. We are actively working to improve our management training, mentorship programs, and internal feedback loops to ensure every team member feels heard, supported, and empowered to grow. No one should feel disregarded or sidelined in their work.
