- good starting salary out of college - offer plenty of training - good benefits package - opportunities to give back and volunteer

Cons

- high stress / fast pace environment - lots of office politics - cannot be promoted fast due to tenure limitations - limited diversity in leadership - no accountability for management that has poor leadership skills
