      Fairly good materials; happy students; paid standby time if class is not booked; good referral bonus.

      The worst teaching experience

      The company seemed to be respectful and appreciative of their teachers until they brought on-board new "directors", who never bothered to read the employment contracts they signed with tutors and started making "new policy" announcements which contravene their legal documents, such as they won't be paying stand-by rate, even though in their formal employment agreement they stated that a stand-by rate would be paid, or they announced "revisions to tutors' pay rate" which means that they would lower hourly pay rate. Hence legal documents mean nothing to the company management who are arrogant and extremely incompetent.

      Cons

      Some kids are a pleasure to teach.
