Pros
-mostly WFH (in office 1 or 2 times a month) -work/life balance is generally good -standardized processes -experienced colleagues
Cons
-very bureaucratic and many decisions are driven by clinical leadership/teams which results in slow processes because patients are their first priority and everything else is deprioritized (e.g. difficult to schedule meetings, curt/egotistical attitudes, very delayed responses, pushing responsibilities to others) -many employees are tolerating their jobs for the pension -career development is not prioritized as much -annual pay raise is basically nothing
