      Working on cutting edge technology

      Cons

      Promised training, promised bonuses would be paid for doing my job not doing things in addition to my job. Promised ability for flexible working hours, Promised flexible working location. None of these were kept. Expenses were scrutinised so much and delayed by weeks due to middle managers trying to look good. Good employees get stuck on jobs and careers they don't want and are thus punished for doing good work.

      Working with the latest technologies, when aren't putting in 70/80 hours a week!!

      Cons

      Middle management just in it for themselves; little promotional prospects, pigeon-holed into role.. Management will block you moving or advancing to another department if you are extremely efficient in your current role!

      Pros

      Could be great but essentially a past it start up full of incapable middle management yes men bloat. Some great talented people there but these are now leaving by the droves. If you fancy an early grave due to unreasonable demands you're in the right place. Compensation used to be good but now they want blood out a stone and kick you while your down.

      Cons

      The only reason there have been so many good reviews recently on this site is that VCE paid employees to do so, to defuse the bad reputation on here. Internal systems a joke might as well use a pen, paper and calculator.
