I worked at Vacancy Filler full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

good basic salary - good people within sales team - free lunch on fridays

    Cons

lied about the role during interview - was told was business development and you would be out and about meeting clients etc. actually just an outbound call centre where you are expected to make 80+ cold calls per day. no progression plan in place. a lot of pressure to constantly have the phone in your hand as "the whole company depends on you to pay their mortgages" was also monitored on how long you were away from your desk for toilet breaks etc.

    Advice to Management

stop posting fake reviews - i didn't speak to one member of staff who actually enjoyed their job. don't lie during interviews either - all sales staff were told the same lie as me. focus on a structured plan and give sales staff more credit - youve hired them for a reason, so don't micromanage them.

I have been working at Vacancy Filler part-time

    Pros

I've worked with Vacancy Filler for 5 months now and I'm really enjoying it. The atmosphere is friendly and there's a real sense that everyone here wants the company to thrive. I feel like my opinion is important and I'm encouraged to speak up if I think there's a better way of tackling any task.

The best thing about working here is that they treat everyone as an individual and genuinely want to utilize your individual skills.

There is free food on Friday lunchtimes and a fully stocked fruit bowl (which helps me with my 5 a day), plus free tea, coffee and chilled water.

    Cons

The only downside I can think of is that it's sometimes tricky to get a parking space! #FirstWorldProblems

    Advice to Management

Keep having faith in your staff.

This company have ambition for growth into the future which is what attracted me to start with. Everyone who works here appears to share in this ambition & wants the company to progress & they all play their part.

The induction itself was a little disorganised however they are making progress with improving this.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Vacancy Filler part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

All employees at the company have an amazing energy which I have not experienced at any other company before. We are motivated and happy whilst in the work place which is a must for me. During busier periods (we're always busy, but I'm talking about the manic periods) we pull together and make it through with a smile on our faces.

    Cons

I have been with the company for three months and have not found any yet.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

Constantly involved with new technologies. Forward looking. I have learned a great deal since working here, and expect to learn a lot more. It's an environment where learning is very much encouraged.

    Cons

No place of employment has no issues or difficulties. That said, I can't think of anything major to put down here. I guess no flexi-time, but you do get used to that.

    Advice to Management

Basically, keep doing what you're doing.
