I've never been unhappy in a workplace until I worked here. The workload, the management and the work environment as a whole was not motivating. The lack of appreciation and recognition from the management made us lose interest in giving our bests.

Plenty of work; ask for something and it usually happens (eventually); a good place to learn new skills on the job; friendly helpful colleagues. Management is genuinely trying to improve processes and work conditions.

Working here was too frustrating because of all the things that needed improvement but the management refuses to act upon. There could have been a lot of time saved for the increased efficiency and productivity if the systems were up-to-date and improved. Too bad this company has a lot of potential but was not fully utilized.

Owners are very toxic and bully. They talk to you disrespectfully, they treat you like you are inferior and they do not care about your opinions most of the time. This poor leadership is causing a lot of tension between colleagues. A lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. And the salary does not compensate for all that. Everyday is like living in hell!

Dynamic and productive environment. The pay is above average and the company cares about their employees. There are many incentives and perks they give to show employee-appreciation. The team is great, my colleagues are hardworking, talented and the leadership team is strong.

Not a very organized company, need better leadership. They aspire to become a reputed strategy consulting firm but they do not have even a single consultant experience in strategy. The hours are long - expect to be doing 50-60 hours week. If you want to be worn down and stressed, then go ahead and apply.

Hands down some of the best people I have worked with. Brilliant colleagues who are very supportive of each other. Managers care about what you say and take action if there are any concerns. Our work involves working directly with clients, some of them the biggest in their industry. This gives us the opportunity to build a professional network while creating meaningful relationships.
