What it really comes down to is which group you get into. Some groups have people been there a long time, love the group and job. Other groups are revolving doors. I was in one of the revolving doors. Possibly the most pitiful tools I've ever worked with for embedded programming. And that's being generous. The office working conditions could only be described as "atrocious." Noisy, high traffic, constant interruptions, it goes on....all of which are supposed to be addressed by the "new building." That will, I concede, correct many physical problems but many are just not that at all.

1) In my 7 years of professional career i have never experienced such a worst work culture All Veoneer Bangalore management people are from serviced based company. They are treating employee as "Resource" and Resource can only be consumed. During Covid19 lockdown they have asked employee to work from office. After Gov instruction they agreed for WFH but they create such situation that employee has to come to office. They have removed Desktop(connected to hardware) and gave laptop to employee so that they have to come to office to access Hardware. On global level they are showing that veoneer India has offered WFH but locally they have taken all facility so that employee has to come to office. 2) Management don't bother about Employee safety during Covin19.They insurance will cover covid19 expances and if you are dead we will give insurance amount to your family. 3) High work pressure, Most of the time situation will be "I want task to be completed by EOD" 4) Worst work ethics/culture. favouritism & Biased management 5) Hike is not aligned with your performance. mostly favouritism works. 6) No transportation. 7) This is not a policy oriented organisation. It's people centric company. 8) Work life balance is worst
