    Good package of benefits. Reasonable salary.

    Cons

    Managers have to use the word "yes" all the time. They are only interested in Quantity and not Quality. A bit happy clappy.

    Review processes and get back to basics.

    Low pay compared to other broadband companies

    Advice to Management

    Take issues more seriously and train staff and management to a suitable standard. Stop the favourtism and treat staff like humans

    Strong political winds. Out of blue, You may become obsolete

    To many, hard to list them here. Try to be closer to good people trying their best for company benefit. Avoid politics as much as possible

    Pros

    Great company benefits ( Bupa healthcare, dental plan etc).
    Relaxed culture.
    Focused on achieving targets.

    Cons

    Company is much worse since Liberty Global taken over.
    Big focus on cost cutting.
    No focus on people/morale/engagement.
    Basic salary is not competitive.
    Commission gets lower each month.
    Middle and senior management are disconnected from the workforce

    Advice to Management

    Line managers try their best but the communication is terrible. Feels like we do not know what we are doing day to day.
