    Pros

Great place to work, good environment, understanding management, flexibility, up to date tech and all round great working conditions, Decent money for the role

    Cons

the work I was doing was outsourced due to the size of the company and cost effectiveness, this proved a difficult time which never improved the service IMHO

    Advice to Management

outsourcing isn't the best as it may save cost but affects customer satisfaction.

Customer service is extremely poor and no desire to change.

    Advice to Management

You hire good staff, respect their opinions, and allow them to have a say

I worked at Virgin Media part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company did have good commission on sales.
If you get a good team it's enjoyable to work, especially as a part time job.

    Cons

    Regional manager was poor.
Can't do anything if you don't get customers.
You only get 100% commission if yourself and the store hits target for the month.

    Advice to Management

Help out stores that struggle by reducing the target.

I worked at Virgin Media full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Virgin Media used to be an incredible place to work - great people, customer focussed and people focussed.

    Cons

It is not what it used to be. The fun has gone and since Liberty Global purchased it it is much more corporate, more focussed on shareholder return and not on their people or customer

    Advice to Management

    Focus on your people more
