Fired after being attacked by shoplifters

I lost the job for a 'breach of their de-escalation policy after I was attacked late at night by a shoplifter. I had been left to work alone and had no support, so when I was attacked, I was left with no choice but to defend myself.

Easy job, pretty relaxed enviroment and all of the customers were great. got giftcards and other small bonuses for christmas and other competitions they would have.

Cons

some days were very slow (closing on a monday .ect) and you ont always work with someone, but it is also nice somtimes.
