      Some of co workers were nice and good people

      Cons

      In my opinion the managing director Michael doesn't foster a positive culture at Workflo and treats employees quite badly if they do something wrong The turnover rate of staff is very high Management seems disinterested in engaging with other employees until something goes wrong Management is more interested in seeking to blame rather than help or fix problems

      Enthusiastic start on first day

      Cons

      Strange, quiet office atmosphere. Not trained at all, left bored for first 2 weeks. They don't seem to have a proper sales strategy. Head of sales is terrible at his job.
