"Transparency" is regularly used as code for invasion of privacy and to give ammunition to fuel negative feedback. "Pauses" are used to break individual’s confidence down by giving conflicting feedback which you’re then left to get on with alone.
Sharing information in your induction sessions about how you work, your triggers and your biggest fears, to then have them used against you during feedback which is given unskilfully is quite damaging.
