Mkodo’s website bangs on about diversity and inclusion. This is BS. Mkodo is the least diverse or inclusive company I have worked for. It’s a stagnant and oppressive environment that is propagated from the top management.

First and foremost, the Tech management at mkodo is utterly clueless. It's as if they were plucked from a pool of the most ineffective leaders in the industry. I was discriminated against. I could never advise my worst enemy to work with those two. The vote received by this organisation as "Best place to work 2023" is a scam. An organisation needs diversity, due process and effective leadership to deserve such an award. You can NOT associate these qualities with mkodo.
