We're proud to unveil our Retail Perfect Day winner … Perfect Day is an opportunity for all our stores to show they're in top-notch condition for the busiest time of the year! 🎄 With over 700 stores to choose from, it was no easy task. The store standards were exceptionally impressive, making the selection of the Perfect Day store winner even more challenging. Our six finalists were INVERNESS, SWITCH ISLAND, WIDNES, BRUNEL, GREENGATES, and ASHFORD. We're delighted to announce that this year's overall Perfect Day winner, personally chosen by our Retail Director, Gareth Bilton, was Switch Island in Liverpool. Congratulations to Lorraine Tomlin and her exceptional team, who've demonstrated remarkable dedication in shaping B&M Switch Island into what it is today. This weekend, we were hashtag#PROUD to launch our brand new Titchfield store in Fareham 📍 Our store colleagues were asked to nominate a local charity that deserved some VIP treatment for the work they do in the community. They chose the team from The Rainbow Centre for Conductive Education to come along, take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store ✂ 🎉
Here at B&M we are proud to offer in-house training for our future HGV drivers🚚 One of our most recent colleagues to qualify was Transport Shift Manager, Mark! Mark wanted to expand his skillset and gain a greater understanding of the role of an HGV Driver. And, we are pleased to say that Mark learned how to drive an HGV Class 1 and passed his test first time! Making him one of our Shift Managers who is now CPC qualified and an HGV Licence holder too.
