BAT South Africa attended the Homecoming Revolution Speed Meet event! The Homecoming Revolution has proven to be the ‘Brain Gain’ company for Africa by introducing African professionals, living overseas and wanting to return, to Employers. This unique interactive event offered ‘candidate matchmaking’, speed-networking and shared our employer brand. It also included keynote speakers such as Thabo Mbeki, former South African president. The people managers from BAT Philippines recently took part in a fun, hands-on and intensive workshop in “Leading Teams”, further developing their own potential and also that of the people they manage.

The BAT team in the Democratic Republic of the Congo recently held an event that brought together all employees stationed across the vast country. The event, marked by cheers and celebration, feted various employees for their outstanding results for 2014 and good performance for the first half of this year.
